Hollyoaks actor Guy Burnet will make a dramatic return to the soap as Craig Dean later this year in the hope of a sunset ending with lover John Paul McQueen.The 24-year-old, quit the show in August when his character left for Trinity College, Dublin, after his affair with John Paul was dramatically exposed at Craig and Sarah's (Loui Batley) engagement party. With his heart set on rekindling his romance with John Paul (James Sutton), Craig makes a shocking return just as the dust settles in the wake of John Paul's relationship with Father Kieron Hobbs (Jake Hendriks) being exposed to the village. Sarah's feelings for Craig are also pushed to the limit as she attempts to put the devastating revelation that her lover was involved in a gay love affair well and truly behind her. Meanwhile, Craig's mother Frankie becomes so embroiled in her family deceit that it's not long before Craig uncovers some shocking skeletons hiding in the family closet.Speaking of his decision to return, Guy said: "I've had so much support from the McDean fans since I left the show and so it’s great to have the opportunity to reprise the storyline and give viewers a resolution to the Craig and John Paul story."Producer Bryan Kirkwood added: "The Craig and John Paul story is one of the biggest and most successful that Hollyoaks has told, winning many awards and legions of fans. I'm delighted that Guy has agreed to come back and excited to see how viewers will react to what we have in store."Last week, it was announced that Guy would also be making an appearance in Hollyoaks' latest bank of late night spinoff episodes.Guy returns to filming next month and will make his screen comeback in early September.

I have been talking with the producers and there might be a possibility for my brief return. The only reason for me doing this would be for the loyalty and perseverance of the 'mcdean' fans and all you guys on the site. It is extremely flattering having all this attention and hopefully I will return to you guys what you have wanted. Series 2
The second series began on 11 February 2008,[9] however it was made available in four instalments to MySpace users prior to airing. This series' guest stars included Bill Bailey, Harry Enfield, Shane Richie, Sean Pertwee, Geoffrey Hughes, Mark Heap, John Thomson, Fiona Allen, Peter Capaldi, Josie Lawrence, Arabella Weir, Josie Long, Mark Monero, Kevin Eldon and Jan Ravens. The series is set six months after the conclusion of the first. Tony is alive after being hit by a bus, but he is now severely impaired. The first episode focused on Maxxie and Tony and features comedian Bill Bailey as Maxxie's father. In Episode 2 Shane Richie starred as a college drama lecturer named Bruce. The second episode also introduced a new character known as Sketch, who has been stalking Maxxie. In Episode 3 the series featured its first death, with Sid's father being unexpectedly killed off. Episode 4 was set on a camping trip to Wales where Sid and Michelle end up sleeping together (leading to a short lived relationship). Also Cassie returns from Scotland. In Episode 5 Jal finds out she is pregnant with Chris's baby. Episode 6 sees Tony visit the University of Exeter where he meets a strange, (possibly imaginary) girl. Episode 7 resolves many of the teens' relationship problems, as Sid reconciles with Cassie, Tony with Michelle. Episode 8 was written by Daniel Kaluuya (who plays "Posh" Kenneth) in this episode Jal continued to do battle with her conscience over her pregnancy, while Chris was rushed to hospital with a blood clot in his brain. In Episode 9, Chris has discharged himself from hospital and seems well. Cassie attends her exams, but later Chris has another brain haemorrhage and dies in Cassie's arms. Cassie simply packs her bags and runs, ending up in New York. In Episode 10 Chris's father turns up at Sid's house and explains how he doesn't want any of Chris' friends at his funeral. Upon hearing this Sid and Tony decide to steal Chris's coffin, but Jal finds out and forces them to return it before the funeral. In the same episode during the evening the central characters sit around a campfire and read out each others' results. Everyone gets the grades they need apart from Anwar who spontaneously heads off to London with Maxxie and his boyfriend, James, leaving Sketch behind in tears. Tony buys Sid a ticket to New York without him knowing and he leaves to go and find Cassie. Finally Tony and Michelle talk things through and decide they were 'better than' a good couple. They intended to leave for Cardiff University and University of York respectively. The last scenes are of Sid looking for Cassie in New York, passing by the cafe she is working in, followed by a shot of Effy under Tony's bed cover where she smiles and raises her eyebrows.

At first Wolle thought that she was Christian's girlfriend and when she was bitchy to him he assumed that she was a lesbian :O
Scene outside: C: I spent all of last night thinking about Wolle's trashtalking.
O: I thought as much.
C: I just can't turn it off. The worst part is the feeling that I'm betraying you. It makes me sick. O: Hey, I'm an adult. I can cope with stuff like that.
C: I have thought about quitting. O: You forget about again that real quick.
C: I just imagined it all differently. Without doping, without mobbing, just the sport.
O: Hey, guys like Wolle you get everywhere. It only gets bad if you allow them to destroy your dreams, you goals. You can't let that happen. Rather show him what you can do, even without doping. Then you got your sport and Wolle can stuff his trashtalk elsewhere.

C: I'm so sorry.
O: It's okay.
J: I'm off to bed then
O: (frustrated) How much longer is this supposed to go on?
C: All this lying, especially in front of Gregor, you know how sick that makes me?
O: If I didn't, then we wouldn't be together anymore. [pause] Man, Christian, aren't you worried that one day the bubble will burst? That Wolle will figure out that you don't shoot up with his steroids. That we are together.
C: No risk no fun.
O: And if you told him all openly what's going on.
C: Pshaw. Forget it. Then all that drudgery was for nothing.
O: Maybe not. By now Wolle knows that you are good.
C: I just had a conversation with Wolle, about a gay boxer her had under contract. When it came out he was *gone*, career gone. [breathes deeply] Olli, two weeks ago I wanted to out myself. Back then you stopped me.
O: Maybe you are right. Career or truth. Seems that (to have) both of it is not possible.
C: Olli, hopefully you know that our relationship is more important to me than my career. If you ever feel like you can't live with it then I'll immediately go...
O: Hey. [kisses him] From me, you will get any kind of support you need. Just please, take care of yourself.

Christian had a fight with Axel, again. Olli was cheerleading .

Seemed as if he was in a good mood cause I think he was better than him. Wolle came to him, telling him how good he was, if he continues to practice he´ll be able to do the fight in august. Of course he thought it was all because of the doping. He asked Christian if he needed more stuff, and he said yes. Olli obviously didn´t like it and wanted to know why Christian lies to Wolle about the doping. Christian thinks Wolle wouldn´t let him fight against other good boxers if he knew that he doesn´t take his "medicine".Oh my god, I´m so confused because the ending was so lovely...I hope I´ve got everything right in my head.Aaah okay, Christian and Olli are on they way home when Wolle stopped Christian, giving him new medicine. He tells him there´s no way to spend that much time with Olli because the other people are gossiping about his sexuality. Some bad words about "fags" etc. are spoken, Christian keeps smiling, telling Wolle that Olli "is normal" and he would never be friends with fags.Some time later Olli and Christian are sitting in no limits. Christian in no good mood.Olli wants to know what his problem is.Mwah...A really nice conversation follows, I don´t even know if I remember all words.Christian makes some kind of love declaration, saying he wants to dance with Olli right there in no limits.

And he doesnt want to be in the closet.Olli of course understands. He told him again, that in his sport, there´s no way of being gay. Christian smiles "You always know the right things to say.!"

Then Olli playes coach, they need to go jogging.Outdoor scene, Olli breathes very loud and very much because he is very slow competed to Christian.

Little race follows...O:"Maybe polishing glasses isnt a good way of training my condition!"C:"But you are the best looking and slowest glas-polisher in Düsseldorf!"





Olli smilingO: I love you *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*C: Same goes back to you *cough*But it was...aaaawww...They hug. C: "I´m so happy!"Then Wolle appears, he sees them standing there.And Christian goes like end!
